01 / THE GAP

Consultants advise but don’t ship. Contractors ship but don’t advise.

You end up managing the gap between them, turning strategy into specs, and specs into someone else’s code. We remove that handover.

The consultant

Tells you what to do

Strong on strategy, gone before anything is built. The recommendation lands on someone else’s desk to execute.

The contractor

Builds what you specify

Executes the ticket, but won’t tell you the ticket is wrong. No ownership of whether it pays off.

We sit on both sides: the strategic call and the build that follows from it.

02 / METHOD

One relationship, two modes, on a loop.

A repeatable cycle, not a one-off. Each turn surfaces the next thing worth building.

ADVISE

Decide what’s worth building

Analysis, recommendation, tooling selection, before a line of code.

BUILD

Ship it as a scoped project

New builds, migrations, integrations. Priced per outcome, with a defined finish.

MAINTAIN

Run it, and advise again

Monitoring, fixes, roadmap work, reserved availability. Which surfaces the next build.

advise → build → maintain → advise …  each cycle deepens the system and the relationship.

Mode 01 · Project

Build something new

Scoped and priced per outcome, with its own timeline and a clear start and finish. New builds, migrations, integrations, redesigns.

Mode 02 · Retainer

Run it after go-live

A fixed monthly fee for maintenance, reserved availability and board-level technical judgment. Continuity and access, not an hourly meter.

03 / STACK

The stack behind the work.

Built on best-in-class infrastructure and AI, and on the platforms you already run on. The stack is chosen per client; we work with what you already have. No lock-in to a single vendor or a single e-commerce engine.

  • Frontier AI engines driving analysis, content and decision support
  • Dedicated, isolated LLM instances, so your data stays yours
  • RAG over your materials: docs, data and processes become a working knowledge base

05 / MARKETPLACE INTEGRATIONS

Selling on your own store is one channel. We keep every channel in sync.

Stock, pricing, and orders synced across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Noon, and Allegro in real time, so nothing gets sold twice and nothing sits out of date. No spreadsheets, no manual updates, no team refreshing tabs.

Amazon

Seller Central sync: inventory, pricing rules, and order fulfillment tied directly to your store.

eBay

Automated listings and order sync, so eBay behaves like an extension of your own checkout.

Walmart Marketplace

Catalog and inventory sync built to Walmart's stricter feed requirements, without the manual cleanup.

Noon

Full sync for the GCC's largest marketplace, part of the same infrastructure as your core store.

Built and run at scale: ~10,000 products synced across 6 systems every 12 hours, near-zero error rate, zero data loss in 9 years.

06 / SECURITY

Your systems and data, handled with care.

When you hand a partner access to your stack, how they treat it matters as much as what they build.

Isolated AI, your data stays yours

Dedicated, isolated LLM instances. Your materials are never pooled with other clients or used to train shared models.

Least-privilege access

We take only the access a task needs, document it, and hand it back. No standing keys you can’t account for.

Edge & infrastructure security

Cloudflare WAF, rate-limiting and hardened server configuration, on Hetzner, Oracle Cloud, or whichever infrastructure you already run.

GDPR-aware, documented operations

EU-based handling, clear data boundaries, and runbooks, so nothing depends on tribal knowledge.

07 / ENGAGEMENTS

Start with a blueprint. Then choose how we partner.

Every engagement begins with a paid blueprint, so we both build on evidence, not guesses. Ongoing work then runs on one of two tiers.

Step 1 · Start here

Blueprint

We collect the data, analyse the current state, and hand you a clear plan: findings, recommended tooling, a roadmap, and the start of execution. You own the output whether or not we continue.

08 / TRACK RECORD

Operator-led: built with our own capital at risk.

We’ve built and run these systems both as owners and for external clients and boards, carrying the commercial risk, not just closing a ticket.

Why operator-led matters: a contractor optimises for “client approved.”  We optimised for our own P&L.
09 / MARKET ENTRY

Building for a new market is a different problem than building for the one you’re in.

Multi-currency pricing, per-country VAT, local payment methods, hreflang, delivery zones. The technical side of expansion is where most market-entry plans stall. We handle that layer, and coordinate with local partners on the legal and operational side, so you’re not managing two separate workstreams.

We build

The technical readiness: multi-currency and multi-VAT commerce logic, localized checkout and payment methods, hreflang and market-specific SEO, infrastructure sized for the new region.

We coordinate

Entity setup, banking, and compliance run through vetted local partners in each market. We stay the single point of contact, so you’re not chasing three advisors in three time zones.

Where we’ve done this

Hands-on experience shaping technical entry into UAE / GCC, UK, EU, and Eastern Europe, and coordinating structuring through hubs including Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Warsaw, and Kyiv.

Not a legal service. A technical partner who makes sure the market-entry plan actually has something to run on.

10 / SET-UP

Set up for serious, cross-border B2B.

B2B, properly invoiced

Engaged through our UK limited company, a clean vendor relationship, not a freelancer arrangement. UAE entity for GCC-based clients.

A small, senior team

Not a solo freelancer, not an agency with layers, you work directly with the senior people doing the work, strategy through build.

Based UAE & Poland

Fully mobile, working comfortably across EU, UK and US hours. International teams are home turf.

11 / FAQ

Questions buyers usually ask.

How does an engagement start?+
Every engagement begins with a paid Blueprint: we gather data, analyse the current state, and hand you findings, recommended tooling and a roadmap. You own that output whether or not we continue into a retainer.
Who owns the code and IP?+
You do. Everything we build for you (code, configuration, documentation) is yours. Our own reusable tools and libraries stay ours; anything specific to your business transfers to you.
Where does our data live, and is it used to train AI?+
Your data stays in your environment and within dedicated, isolated LLM instances. It is never pooled with other clients or used to train shared models. Handling is EU-based and GDPR-aware.
How do we contract and get invoiced?+
B2B, through our UK limited company (UAE entity for GCC-based clients), so invoicing is clean in your jurisdiction. We work as an independent partner across multiple clients, never as an embedded employee.
What’s included in a retainer vs. a separate project?+
Retainers cover maintenance, monitoring, fixes, roadmap-level work and reserved availability. Larger new builds, migrations and integrations are scoped and priced separately as projects, and move under the retainer once live.
What if we need more in a given month?+
Anything beyond the retainer scope is quoted as a small project with its own timeline. No surprise hourly overages, you always know what you’re paying for.
Are the AI capabilities off-the-shelf tools, or built specifically for us?+
Custom-built into your own stack and data, not generic plugins. No vendor lock-in — you own the system, not a subscription to ours.
Do you handle the legal and entity side of market entry, or just the technical part?+
Technical only. We build the commerce infrastructure for a new market and coordinate with vetted local partners on entity setup, banking, and compliance — not a legal service.
Can you connect our store to marketplaces we’re not selling on yet?+
Yes — Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Noon, and Allegro integrations are built the same way as your existing store: synced inventory, pricing, and orders, no manual double-entry.
